   We were slightly late (we took a wrong turn on the way) and we were warmly welcomed. Our wine choice was delicious. We enjoyed the classic bruschetta appetizer. We had the cannelloni and the fish special, both were delicious! Don’t miss if you are in the area and looking for a delicious homemade meal!

   Fabulous hidden gem! Welcoming and warm atmosphere. The food is the best Italian outside of Italy. Simple food showcasing the flavours of great ingredients. I had divine bruschetta with burrata, Parma ham and prawn, with lemon shavings, followed by the special- fillet of sea bass, fresh cherry tomatoes, capers, olives and rosemary potatoes. Excellent Gavi di Gavi paired really well. Cannot fault. Highly recommend. Book and turn up!

   Very small/cozy place. Limited menu but what they do offer is quite good.

   I keep coming back to this place. It has such promise. The food is good and the menu combines the classics with a handful of slightly more experimental dishes. This time around we had the breads, olives, bruschetta, mixed platter, burrata, pumpkin and goat's cheese, some salad-y stuff and two dishes of pasta and ragu. One of which was the classic cannelloni 'alla nonna'. There was plenty of flavour. Too many olives. For me, the cannelloni was a bit wet and over cooked. As you'd expect a good, interesting wine list, albeit a bit pricey. The shame was that by the time we got into the swing of it, we were pretty much the only people there. Fair enough, it was a mid-week evening in mid November. However, the place is intended as a typical neighbourhood Italian and, for some reason, it didn't seem to be pulling in the locals.

   Great hidden gem in Fitzrovia with lovely staff and delicious food. The table next to us were a bit noisy but not the restaurants fault. Otherwise a very pleasant evening and I will definitely be back.

   Last year i came here for a nightcap and saw all this amazing food so knew i had to come back! It did not disappoint! Great food - wine - service!

   Review is for outside booking. Tables are quite dirty from a bisyish road nearby, but the waiter gives a single cover for your table. I had only wine per glass - rose - which I thought was quite watery or breathless, possibly due to a bottle being opened quite before that. Waiter was very polite and assertive. Outside design is a bit questionable - it has graffiti and weird drawings/texts over furniture and flower pots, that does not correspond to Italian music and a nicer design inside the place. Nice that that have terrace cover for rain. It’s quite noisy too due to being close to such road. Would I return for a quick chill time with wine outside? Probably not, but I cannot speak for a dinner or nicer&longer wine tasting inside the place

    The food was exceptionally superb the chef Ulisse is the best Italian chef I see he work with the hearth and passion The waiter Piero was superb helpful and attentive
