   Nice restaurant, good for a romantic dinner. I apreciate halibut burger and my wife like her salmon much.

   Really enjoyed Fishhook. Seafood was super tasty, little spicy and lots of it. Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Victoria. Great experience.

   We researched this restaurant through trip advisor and booked on line which was easy. The food was excellent and the service very good. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and the different ingredients in the dishes. The food was very tasty and plentiful. It was quiet the night we visited and also a bit chilly towards the end of the evening but we would definitely go back again.

   We’d recommend this restaurant to any and all. The halibut cheeks with gnocchi is very good!

   The food was delicious. The service attentive, informative and casually appropriate. There was a very large party in the restaurant so there was some disruption from the noise but it was handleable. We had a great time.

   We had mussels and ordered another batch because they were so good! Loved their Caesars too. Looking forward to trying more of their menu but it will be hard not to have those mussels!!

   It was a good meal. It was the servers attitude that was a bit off putting. She seemed frustrated by us for staying and chatting instead of paying the bill and leaving right away. as well as when I asked her about specific items on the menu she was not able to provide information, and admitted that she hadn't tried those items. As well, I made our tables reservation a week in advance, and the table the gave us was right next to the door, so the cold breeze hit us all night, a little disappointing to make a reservation well in advance and be given the worst table in the restaurant. The halibut was delicious though. :)

   This was our last stop on a weekend trip to Victoria, up from Washington State, and I'm glad we fit it in to the itinerary. The food was fresh and delicious. They have a lot of fun speciality drinks but of course will make any traditional drink as well. Our servers were all super friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back if I ever make it way back to Victoria!

    Cuisine is innovative and venue is intimate. A perennial favourite when we visit Victoria.
