   Four Seasons has a brand promise of being 5-star, and thus, Mina's on-site restaurant should be measured at the same expectation level. As a long time Open Table customer, long-time Las Vegas resident, Business Performance Psychologist, 5-Star Hospitality Service is breed into me! I arrived 15 minutes early to check in, reconfirmed seating request, was acknowledged, and waited, "reservation" seating time. It was fascinating to watch Guests arriving after my party for same 7pm reservations, seated prior to us; each was asked if they were staying at the Hotel and upon "yes" were immediately seated, interesting; one group walked up at 7.10pm to say we're early, can we be seated, and within seconds were ushered in. Once seated, not to the requested table, on the walkway of pedestrian traffic, it took 30 minutes to receive water and drink order being taken. While our waiter was over polite, it didn't mask stunningly bad experiences. In making dinner selection, I asked the waiter if a specific entrée was hearty and was told yes. 45 minutes since we sat down, multiple wait staff walked by our empty table, before water appereard, complimentary bread arrived after our meals. WOW, the entrée looked like a child's portion. It was obviously time to leave, I placed my credit card on the table as a clue to anyone on staff, and it seemed like eternity before it was acknowledged and taken. It might have been that our seat was 3 levels away from the check-in table/staff/mgt. area to evoke notice, and a supervisor courtesy walkby check was not made until we were beyond done and ready to leave. I left this anniversary special dinner, HUNGRY! This property is in need of some DISTINCTION attention!

   We found the service to be wonderful. The view amazing but the food left something to be desired for $70 for a piece of fish that was severely overcooked.

   We came back and it was just as good. Waiters and waitresses and staff are always extra friendly. I loved how I was able to make reservation early so the restaurant wasn’t crowded and loud. My favorite way to eat at this restaurant is family style- eating and sharing appetizers!

   It was amazing! Beautiful and staff was very attentive rice to every need. Our server, Ryan was extremely educated in described menu items and catering to our every whim. The music in the background was live and raw talent. We loved every minute and will dine again soon!

    I stayed in the Aulany Disney Resort. Mina's Fish House definitely has much better food than on my resort. The atmosphere is good and I enjoy the dinner at Mina's Fish House. If I stayed on Honolulu, will I drive all the ways to dine Mina's Fish House. No! That is why it does not get the 5 stars. If I stay in Ko Olina area, I definitely will. I got the special half Kona fish (Sorry! I cannot remember the full name of the fish) and it was prepared well with the perspective American restaurants. The dish includes the skin, belly and head. The chef understands the importance of the a fish dish. The server is very friendly. My wife has the duck grease frys and it is good. The wild mushroom are very delicious. Their pot pie seems very popular and I actually book a second dinner so I can try it out. Stay tune.
