   It is a nice restaurant, but even when not busy, service seems slow. The chosen music was not conducive to a relaxing dinner. The most disappointing thing I have experienced over the three times I have visited, is that the food just isn't served hot enough. On a positive note they try hard with dietaries, although still limited.

   We were really looking forward visiting firma as it had been showcased on tv We booked & pre paid $50 each for the pronto menu The sardine starter was good but the main courses we mediocre On calculation our meal was $94 but no refund was offered $6 is nothing but it was the principal

   Service was welcoming , attentive but still gave us privacy to enjoy our own conversation. The food was lovely , many choices available with just the right portion size. A special occasion for us. 40th wedding anniversary. Due to family illness our travel plans had to be cancelled but this night definitely didn’t disappoint. Look forward to many other occasions to return. Big thank you for making our night wonderful.

   Friendly greeting, warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely amazing! Delicious! Shame an event was due to start and people mingled at the bar outside, but apart from the extra noise from this event we would recommend and come back any day.

   The friendly & knowledgeable wait staff were very attentive and went out of their way to assist with food choices, dietaries & accompanying wine. The food was presented beautifully & tasted divine. Their must have tiramisu is, without a doubt, the best you will have. I can never order it anywhere else again. Except Italy. A true dining experience at Firma ❤️

   Food was really tasty and the service was excellent. The waiter(a lovely man from Thailand) was very friendly and chatty.

   On arrival the greeting was well received . Seated and our wine choice from the hotels reserve cellar was amazing. Meals Italian based varied from the standard Aussie Italian menu. The pork belly was amazing the eggplant parmigiana very salty. The maître d was off point being a little over sharing . The table made tiramisu was fantastic.

    The food was very good but the enteree was very small compared to the price 3 scallops for 32 bucks is a bit rich. Wine prices was good
