   Food here was excellent! Restaurant put a nice Happy Birthday sign on our table which was a nice touch and pleasant surprise! Downfall: The service was So Super Slow... We waited forever for drinks everytime we ordered one. The food took forever to come out especially a dessert which shouldn't take that long at all. The restaurant was not overally crowded so I would hate to see what service is like on a Friday or Saturday night. This would deter me from going back here.

   Fourth time here and I love a place that is predictably reliable, no matter what time you are there. Also the menu is very creative and the food is always presented with some creativity... looks like it was plated with care. All staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They must be doing training to make this so consistent or have a nac for hiring amazing staff. I have had many dishes here but today, to my delight, the side salad was incredible. Normally you would think any side salad is "ho hum" but this was fresh and crunchy with lots of interesting ingredients. We had a delightful lunch. Next time I will try the new brunch menu.

   Brunch was delicious! I got the salmon Benedict and it was delicious. Started a donuts bites. Good starter! (Not the same as Charcoal). Husband got steak and egg bowl and enjoyed. Got a side of grits and glad we did.. probably the best side dish! Always enjoy our meal here and will be back for brunch again.

   Our server asked if we wanted a cocktail and we said no thanks but he put the list on the table anyway and I had to ask him to remove it and he did. My guest is a recovering alcoholic and it was uncomfortable for him.

   Went for the first time today. The food was delicious and fresh. And our server, Matt, was terrific. Aside from it being a little noisy, I give Firebirds five stars. Will definitely return.

   My family and I go to Firebirds at least once a week, if not more. Everything is great! They always honor our reservation, which is honorable. The food is excellent ! The portions are large. The service is great! The servers are very capable, helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoy having lunch or dinner there!

    Everything from the time we stepped in the door was wonderful. I had indicated it was a birthday celebration, and they did not disappoint! We were greeted by three nice young men who acknowledged the birthday, there was a birthday sign on the table, and the waiter (Tyler) asked about whose birthday it was and expressed a very heartfelt 'happy birthday'. Speaking of Tyler, he was very attentive, gave suggestions, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and had a positivity about him that more waiters should emulate! The food was amazing, and the red sangria was delicious! I love the outside area, and when it's a bit warmer, look forward to returning and sitting outside. All in all, a great experience!
