   Friday “B” team at the hostess stand. Waited too long for table and even with a reservation was sat next to the crappers.

   The staff got my message that it was our anniversary from the OpenTable app reservation that I booked. I could not believe that the note got to the staff. They made my wife feel so special. Thanks.

   We had a good dinner with Brandon our server doing a good job. Did notice a good price hike with the new printed menus. Looking like steakhouse pricing in a non steakhouse restaurant.

   It’s been awhile since we dined here but glad we made it out tonight. We were promptly seated and immediately greeted by our waiter (Melvin) who was fantastic. Great menu selections and we remembered to use our online coupon for a free appetizer (Lobster Queso) which was awesome just like the rest of our dinner selections.

   Firebirds was a wonderful experience for celebrating a birthday. We were personally greeted by the Manager and our server. The food was fresh and hot and presented beautifully. Our steaks were cooked as requested and enjoyed. This experience was amazing and a marked improvement from a previous encounter a few years ago. Customer service is top notch!

   salmon mashed potato dish was very salty. Lettuce for the salad was wilted and had too much dressing kid chicken tenders were so heavily breaded and hard you couldn’t bite bite through them. it was a disappointing meal.

   We love going to Firebirds in Woodbridge. Have gone several times for for holiday events. Easter this year was very quiet so we chose to go again. Our friends hadn't been so we had a lovely time. Yes the service let us know updates and the reason for the slow service which was expected. Such a well handled crowd of clients! Thanks again.

   Today was Easter Brunch...so it was very busy and very noisy!!! The food was good and the service was ok.

    We had a wonderful experience tonight at Firebirds. The restaurant was clean and our server was very attentive always keeping our drinks filled. We ordered an appetizer and salads and our meal all at the same time and the appetizer took awhile to come out so I was worried that all the other courses would come out too quickly but the server never rushed us and we never got our next course until we were done with the previous. The only disappointment was that when I made the reservation I had put that we were celebrating a birthday and it was never mentioned at the meal and I did not feel like I could bring it up. I don't know why the restaurant asks if it is a special occasion if they do not pass that information along and it does not matter. Besides that it was a great dinner. The menu had great variety and everything came out hot and delicious.
