   We always enjoy our visit to Firebirds but this time the service was lacking. Natalia was very nice but lacked in the requirements of what service means. We placed our order and asked for some balsamic vinegar with the bread. She forget the balsamic. When the ribs were delivered (slightly cooler than normal), she mentioned that she would bring some towels. They never came. We did not see her again until she brought the check. Never came to ask if we needed another drink or asked whether the meal was liked. Needs a little training.

   We visited on Easter Sunday and our experience was delightful. We had great service and delicious food.

   The food is very good. Attentive waiter. Large potions. Noisy but it’s probably due to a robust lunch crowd.

   Birthday Lunch for 2, so Grilled Shrimp and Strawberry Salads were very good! Always good bread. Service was excellent. A Birthday surprise dessert was brought at the end of the meal with a candle which the Server lit! Nice touch. Thank you. Firebirds never disappoints.

   It’s a very nice space, warm and inviting and large, yet not too noisy, so we could have a nice conversation. Not too casual, but not too elegant or fussy – – just right. All of our food was excellent, with the possible exception of the cheesecake squares, which didn’t need the “crème brûlée” topping.

   Our dinners were prepared to perfection. All of the wait staff in the dining area worked hard throughout the evening. The Tomahawk Pork Chop and Ribeye Steak were memorable.

   Our waitress was amazing her name was Kiara , manager Camila was really nice. Just at the end of the event of 22 people one of the waitresses was causing a scene. We were enjoying our time, eating delicious food celebrating my niece birthday. Her cake had edible glitter and when she blows off the candle glitter was everywhere, something that was out of her hands. The waitress came super angry at us and asked us to stop blowing glitter. A thing that was not doing it in purpose. He started blaming, throwing napkins, plates and cups because he was really upset due to his table was the one to complaint about the glitter. I feel it was more la racism than other thing, we didn't recall his name he was not our waitress he was serving another tables. We decided to leave we pay our checks and left. My niece spoke with manager Camila she was really nice, and she listened to her. We felt really uncomfortable; we were the only mexican-americans there we all felt the discrimination.
