   We have been to Firebirds multiple times and always had a wonderful experience. Last night my husband and I went and were joined by my mother in law and her husband for our 4 year wedding anniversary. Our server was training another girl while working, they were both so polite, sweet, and attentive to our table and needs. we got the wings as an appetizer which were delicious, our meals came out quickly and were all perfect! After declining dessert due to being full they still brought us 2 little pieces of cheesecake and a card signed by all the servers for our anniversary. It was such a simple touch that made the night more special. We will absolutely be back, it is always an enjoyable time

   Made reservations and was immediately seated once we arrived. The ordering was simple and fairly straightforward. I ordered the slow cooked Prime Rib with tater tots. I ordered the steak medium rare. It was well done and dry, but tender. My wife ordered the NY Steak with a loaded baked potato. Her steak was cooked correctly but the potato wasn’t done and not hot. Maybe give them another chance?

   First time going to this place, and I will say everything was great for us. Great food and great service. We will definitely return and try other menu items.

   Server was great and it was a good time. The bread they bring out before your meal is fantastic, it was a Friday night so it was pretty busy. My steak was a little over but other than that everything was great.

   We had a great dinner excellent ambience and we celebrated my wife’s 66 birthday. The waiter was excellent.

   The food was outstanding! Our party of 6 tried the cajun ribeye, prime rib, sirloin steak, and the salmon & shrimp. Of course we also had to have the signature Double Black Diamond Martini to compliment our meals. For dessert we had the creme brulee cheesecake and the chocolate brownie with ice cream. We were seated as soon as we arrived and the service was great! Highly recommend!!!

    I love the ambiance at Firebirds, the menu, and food is consistently good. Service can be up and down and we were on the down side last night. Our server was not especially attentive to taking our order and then the kitchen was “backed up”, according to our server. It took me forever to get the dessert course.
