   The food was PERFECT ! One of the managers, that I was talking with ( Cory ), Is such a nice guy. He is very professional, and treats me and my wife, like family. My server was excellent as well. I NEVER had a problem with this place, we love it !

   The atmosphere was great! We came around 5 pm and it was quiet. Our waitress ( Marissa) was AMAZING and so attentive. We never had to ask for refills, because she on it. Will be back for the food and hospitality

   Disappointing Easter Dinner Experience We had high hopes for our Easter dinner at Firebirds in Southaven, but unfortunately, the experience fell short. I specifically requested Easter-themed decor for our table in the reservation notes, and while I noticed other tables had some decorations, ours was completely bare. Service was another letdown. Our server was noticeably slow and seemed overwhelmed. She took our drink and appetizer orders at the same time as the server at the table next to us (who had even more guests), yet they received everything—waters, bar drinks, and appetizers—before we even got water. When our drinks finally arrived, the lemons in the water and sweet tea still had produce stickers on them, which is just careless. My food order came out wrong, although the overall food quality was decent. What stood out, again, was the contrast in service: I watched the server next to us carefully pack up her guests’ leftovers and return the boxes to the table, while ours simply handed us three boxes and a tiny bag and left us to do it ourselves. I did stop the manager to share concerns about the lemon stickers and the overall lackluster service. He said “sorry,” took the lemons, and walked off—no further apology, no attempt to make it right. We still left a $25 tip on a $186 bill, but this definitely wasn’t the experience we expected for a holiday meal. We won’t be returning anytime soon.

   Good food and good vibes. Had to send a drink back because my son didn’t know what he was ordering but the waitress was very nice.

   Last night service just seemed slow. Food was great as always, but getting refills seemed to take forever, my wife's mixed drink never came, and it took 15-20 mins alone just to get our bill after we gave our credit card.

   We had reservations at 6:15, and we were not seated until 6:30. We were ignored until 6:55, and we were only approached because we were staring at staff waiting to be acknowledged. My tenderloin salad had raw steak. The burger was tasteless. We will not go back to Firebirds. This was our first and last trip.

   the worst experience and poor management. We had reservations for two people, got seated quickly however never got a waiter. Five tables seated after us had a waiter and drinks meanwhile we sat for thirty minutes waiting and no one showed up so i spoke to the host and a manager and still nothing so we left. if i could have given zero stars i would have.

   The wings appetizer, Parmesan crusted chicken and wood grilled salmon was all delicious! Pair it with a martini or lemon drop you won’t be disappointed.

   Our server was great, giving us just the right amount of attention, but not being intrusive, the food arrived quickly and tasted great. We had reservations and we were seated on time.

    Service was ok. Seemed understaffed for a Friday night. Steaks were cooked properly, but came out cold. For the price I was disappointed.
