   Enjoyed the brunch today. I ordered the sea bass and my friend had the shrimp and grits. Both dishes were well prepared and served while hot. We also enjoyed the lobster queso with tortilla chips before with a couple of of mediocre bloody Mary’s. The drinks had no spice in them and really tasted like just tomato juice. Our server was attentive and very friendly. I’m sorta of a regular so I’ll be back.

   Service was extremely slow. We never saw our waiter and the steaks were both terrible. One steak was very undercooked and tough and the other very overcooked. Burgers were ok. Restaurant is very noisy.

   Mia was an amazing server! So sweet and quick to get everything we could think of before we even asked. Can’t wait to come back! Amazing food and atmosphere as well.

   All 3 steaks were rare instead of medium rare …. They took them back and it’s just not the same as right off the grill .. some parts were well done …… it spoiled my daughter’s birthday! We had to ask for water, and her complimentary dessert was served up while all the dinner dishes were still there - piled up / so our birthday photo had all the food and clutter in the photo. The waiter needs to know to clear these dishes before serving up the dessert—- normal at most restaurants. We’ve been dozens of times - so this was really out of character. Her name Mya, but it was the cooks issue - maybe serve up a new steak at $45 each !

   Loved the food! Very good. Service was a bit slow but they clearly did not have enough servers. We went for lunch and now at dinner my husband wand to go back. So good!!

   Always love going to Firebirds. The ambiance is perfect for all kinds of diners. Warm, rich and comforting. The noise level is not over powering and they play good music that is in the background. Now to the food…it’s great. From salads to steaks and everything in between we’ve not had a bad meal. The price is very on par with this nice of a restaurant. They had a baby back rib special this past weekend. $20 for a full back with steak fries and fresh fruit. They were delicious. As you can tell I highly recommend!

   “Lisa was an exceptional server! She kept our drinks filled throughout the night and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations. It made for a perfect date night, and we will definitely be back!”
