   Incredibly disappointed with this dining experience. We haven’t been to Firebirds in about a year, but previously enjoyed many birthday celebrations here as the food was always good. This dinner was different, but not in a good way. Service was slow, apparently because our server had tables all over the restaurant. Drinks took at least 10 mins after ordering and my husband was brought the wrong one. Getting the right one took at least another 10 minutes. Food was sub par at best. While my husband’s dinner was “okay” & the salad I ordered, Shrimp and Strawberry had hardly anything except lettuce. The walnuts, goat cheese and strawberries were minimal. Our daughter’s chicken fingers and French fries tasted like they were overcooked in old oil and basically inedible. Luckily, they gave us bread or she wouldn’t have eaten at all. When we were seated, we were surprised by how empty the restaurant was, but after our experience tonight, we completely understand. Overall, we see a huge downward trend in the service, food, and overall experience since our last visit. Wont be back and definitely will not be recommending to anyone else.

   Wonderful for our birthday dinner! The food was perfectly prepared, and the service was impeccable. It was a bit noisy, but not anywhere near fully crowded.

   We went there for Easter. The food and the service were wonderful. Our wait person Andy was efficient and personable. He took care of everything perfectly. The food was wonderful - portions were ample and the food was very tasty. We will definitely go back again.

   Nice option before a movie. Excellent service, good food, and nice vibes. Doesn’t feel like you’re dining at a mall.

    Unfortunately we encountered a very distracted server. The resulting poor customer service provided by this person is not indicative of service quality usually provided by Firebirds staff at this location. In this case the poor performance was amicably resolved by the end of our visit.
