   The food was hot and tasted AMAZING! Our waitress was patient and helpful. I asked the staff to do something nice for celebrate my husband's birthday, and they left him a signed card. They have a birthday dessert, but he was way too full to even get it. We loved the Philly Cheese Eggrolls, Fondue Salmon, and Steak! It was filling and delicious. They're drinks are good too! Overall, the price was affordable for the experience and all we got. We will definitely be returning!

   We had an amazing time and experience! The service was top tier, the food was amazing and the environment was very welcoming. We will dine again 10/10 I do recommend 😊

   made reservation to meet with a friend and his wife that we hadn't had time to see for several weeks. We were seated promptly and our guests were directed to our table as we placed our drink orders. Timing was pretty good. Food was very good, prepared as ordered and entire table served at the same time. Waitress could have pushed more drinks but did not as she noted we ere actively engaged in conversations. When there was a lull she asked if we would like refills or other services which she processed quickly. Tables seemed to be crowded which made noise level a bit higher but overall all was good.

   Everything was excellent! Had a new waitress-in-training who was very accommodating and pleasant. She was guided by an experienced waitress who was also very friendly and extremely helpful. Overall, this was the best Firebirds I’ve ever had the pleasure of dining at. I believe this is the 3rd one I’ve experienced and it beat them all in every category. I’ve always enjoyed this chain but this one ranks at the top!

   Set up a reservation for my 30th birthday at 7:30 last night. My side of the party showed up at 7:40. We maybe ordered our entrees at 8? Kitchen took FOREVER. I’m sorry, but there’s no way that a dinner should have took 2.5 hours… Maxwell was our server & he was very pleasant! Service in general was very slow, had to ask for refills. I also put in the reservation that we were celebrating my birthday & I never got a “birthday dessert” that I saw the table next to us get, but not a big deal since I ordered my own anyway. Food was phenomenal though once it finally made its way out. Almost told them to cancel the whole order & we were going to go somewhere else.

   Service was slow and the food was decent. I would go back for the price.

   Food was good but we were there 2 hrs for lunch. Waited a long time for our food to come out of kitchen.

    Overall good but steaks were overcooked. Took a long time to come out, but also very busy. Slippery floors.
