   Brie was a very welcoming and helpful server. The manager and other staff members came over to speak with us and assure us that no toxic seed oils would be in our meals as we try to avoid those at all costs. We had a nice dinner with family and we appreciated how accommodating they were. We have one in Florida where we live and the food is always delicious! Thank you!

   Our experience was amazing. Highly impressed. The food was awesome and high quality. Steak was a stand out, and so was dessert.

   This was our first time at Firebirds. We made 7pm reservations via OpenTable. Parking lot was packed, but we had no trouble finding a spot. We were greeted & seated promptly. It was my birthday. As we approached our table, we saw a small vase with flowers & a birthday card signed by employees (nice touch!). Our server - LACI - was on top of it throughout our dinner. Water glasses always filled & drinks, appetizers & food served at a great pace. We ordered the lobster spinach queso to start off & it was so good! We each ordered the aged ribeye (medium) with loaded baked potato. I had a side Cesar salad added to mine. The ribeyes were cooked perfectly. Mine was topped with port mushrooms & a blue cheese sauce - yum! My husband’s was topped with a garlic butter - also yum! The Cesar salad dressing was very good. We were served a side of warm bread. This was the only thing we didn’t really like. It was pretty flavorless & just missed the mark - I know. Weird thing to say about bread. We both had mixed drinks - A+. Once we were done, our server LACI came out with a small serving of their Crème Brûlée cheesecake. The two pieces were served on a platter decorated with “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate syrup. What a nice touch. I told LACI that next time we come, I was ordering the dessert in place of my salad -yes! It was that good. Overall I give Firebirds a 5 stars! Excellent service (thank you LACI). Really great food (minus the bread). Very nice ambiance. We will be back. Thank you for making my birthday a wonderful experience!

   We came for my mother birthday. Our server was awesome and attentive. I have been here to eat with only my wife a few times and the food is always good!

   This place is generally hit and miss with their steaks. I had a filet which was wonderful. My husband had a ribeye and wasn’t please with it at all.

   Steaks, burgers, pasta and kids meals were all ordered from our group and everyone really enjoyed their food. Service was great, will definitely come back.
