   6 adults for a birthday. 3 hours. Ev1s food was wrong and cold. We are all 55+ asked who was driving after 3 hours of being there and 2 drinks each. Once the food came out right was half right and cold. Never again

   Since this restaurant opened, we have been there just about every two weeks. My five stars speaks volumes of what I think of this restaurant.

   So this Firebird's was on the end of a shopping development and parking was pretty limited. It was new and nicely decorated inside. The volume inside on a Friday night was very loud and not someplace I'd recommend if you're looking for a quiet, laid back evening. Thankfully, I had requested a booth, however, I couldn't help but notice the freestanding tables in the center of the dining room's floor plan were all extremely close together. When I say extremely, I'm talking about not even a foot between tables (literally). So your back would be under 12" away from someone else. It looked extremely uncomfortable and had I been seated there, I would have asked to be moved or had to just leave the restaurant. Our server was very efficient, but my steak, was a bit under-cooked and my mashed potato was lukewarm at best. It was a busy night, so I didn't want to both the server or kitchen staff and I would have told a manager, but no one stopped by my table to ask how anything was. Firebirds is one of my favorite restaurants and 99% of the time I've had great experiences. So I was sad that this particular visit was disappointing.

   Our server Josh was pleasant, attentive and so pleasant! He left a wonderful hand written note on our carryout boxes ! Old school service and we truly enjoyed it

   The Garlic Sirloin was amazing and my wife has the Cajun Chicken Pasta. This was our first wedding anniversary and we were very pleased with everything!

   We had dinner (outside). The service was okay. Our server did not seem happy to be at work, and we did not feel welcome. We appreciated that our food was promptly brought to our table and served warm. The BLT salad was swimming in dressing, and the steak was a little overcooked but also so salty it was inedible. They cooked me another one to their credit, but there were no seasonings on the second steak! It was not enjoyable. We've had several meals at this Firebirds and believe the food quality and dining experience continue to decrease, though Happy Hour/Bar service has been good. In the future, driving 20 more minutes to the Firebirds on Rea Rd is probably a better bet.

   A little disappointed that the Easter brunch ended at 2:00 when we arrived at 2:15. There was no mention of that on the website. The dinner menu was fine, as I usually get the prime rib, but we went for the breakfast brunch menu this time. I will be sure to get an earlier reservation next time.

   This has turned into one of our go to restaurants in the area. Nice menu, excellent service, and value . Glad they have come to this area!

    we had amazing service and wonderful food. We enjoy the patio. It's a great atmosphere and a little quieter than inside.
