   Food and service is top notch. Prices climbing a little too high to enjoy unless it is a once a year celebration.

   Food is always excellent—exactly as described in the menu and served at the proper temperature. And Brittany is the exemplar for service.

   Drink was watered down, food was ok, service mediocre, price high. Not outstanding experience. Asked for a table (when seated) and was rejected - told all tables were booked for larger groups - meanwhile an entire dining room went empty during our visit. Two of our groups entrees were incomplete.

   Met an out of state relative that loved the tuna appetizer. My filet was medium as ordered, but still tender. Baked potato was delicious. Other meals good. Bread the first time was crusty so our server had them put new in the oven that came out perfect. The noise-level was way too loud, we missed half the conversation.

   My wife and I really enjoyed our first, but certainly not our last time at Firebirds. Our servicer Demetrius was awesome. He is very knowledgeable concerning the menu, and wine choices. He's very friendly, polite, and professional. He adds value to the establishment.

   I can't believe such a bad experience. My food was BURNED. Not just over cooked but BURNED. My sons burger came well done when he asked for medium and the steak was asked for medium well was rare and cold. I can't believe they charge so much. NEVER again. The server was nice though, food quality was not his fault...

    We both ordered filet mignon medium rare. My guest’s filet came out medium well and my steak was well done. I told my server, and she took it away to have it remade. It took a long time, and when the new steak was finally delivered, one third of it was medium, at best, and the rest of the steak was well done. I begrudgingly ate it with a lot of extra chewing. I had much higher expectations for steak at Firebirds. I believe Texas Roadhouse is much cheaper and has more consistent service and food quality.
