   The food we ordered came out hot, in a timely manner and was as delicious as we could have imagined. All the cocktails were fresh and yummy. Our server was very attentive and accomodating. My party of five had a very nice time.

   Delicious food and perfectly cooked steaks. Service was impeccable. Would highly recommend

   Busy night so wait for food a little longer. Wait staff brought 1 water for table of 3.. odd. Verry loud it was good not great not horrible

   The staff greeted us with pleasantness and acknowledged my wife’s birthday. When we arrived at the table they had birthday balloons. At the end they put candles on chocolate cake for her. It was a wonderful experience and surprise!

   Our server Cindy was great! She took great care of us and was super friendly. Got us out in time for our movie. Food was awesome, and we all enjoyed our apps and meals. Definitely be back.

   The food was very good, but they over salt the steaks. We had multiple apps and the Deviled eggs were delicious and the philly steak eggrolls were the best I have had. The dinner Slade add on was too large but taste was good. I enjoy Firebirds; it is a nice ein between a top end place and standard fare.

   I have consistently very good experiences at Firebirds. Last night, though, was pretty bad. The problem was entirely the kitchen. Food took a long time. Then, some meals came out much earlier than others. We were told that the two orders of baby back ribs were burnt and had to be remade. Of the orders that did arrive, one hamburger had cheese. The kitchen wanted to just scrape most of the cheese off, but was told that would not do. The result is that the group of six friends had to eat at disparate times. Our server was struggling to make things right, but the kitchen was out of her control. The manager did not charge for the hamburger plate. While a nice gesture, it does not correct for the overall bad kitchen work. Based on prior experience with Firebirds, I do expect that they will fix this problem.

   Even though we had a reservation we waited an hour, needing to check in often of the status of our table. Once we were seated it took awhile to get drinks and food was mediocre. We had ordered a 2nd round of wings for an app and after a half hour they never came out we just told the server to forget it.

   As usual, we had an excellent experience. Crystal is a wonderful server, providing a delightful dining experience. Great food and drinks as well as great atmosphere. Host and hostesses were spot on in getting us a great table.
