   Firebirds is my favourite restaurant in Charlotte. The food is good, service always good and the special cocktails excellent.

   As usual, our service was exceptional. The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The customer is their priority at all times. Management is superior! The only less than exceptional issue is in regards to the need for interior improvements. Tables, flooring and restrooms. Nothing major just needs sprucing up.

    We were a party of 9 of which 5 were children one in high chair, we intentionally request patio for this specific reason. Our server was absolutely fabulous, extremely friendly and very patient with children. Best service we had out in quite some time. The only negative was the other table closest to us who apparently didn’t like children and it was obvious by their glares and very rude comments about the children. We didn’t realize that it was unacceptable to have your family gather together to celebrate Easter. We saw many families with children and we are positive that children are allowed at this establishment, our family has been customers since Firebirds open in 2000.
