   Grilled salmon is always great and grilled perfectly! Barbara provided excellent service.

   We decided to have Easter Sunday dinner here this year and I am so glad that we did. Now when we first got there there were ppl coming on shift and of course they were starting to get busy with church services now over. So at first things were slow and confusing. But at Firebirds it is clearly all hands on deck. Everyone was pitching in, helping one another out, and coming together to get everything to run smoothly. Oh wine was perfect, the food was delicious, the service was excellent and we plan to definitely come back for me.

   Have been to Firebirds many times before and it’s always been a 5 star. I would guess why things were not as good was because of the Easter holiday. All was fine just not like it usually is. My food was barely warm. Service was ok but she was quite in a hurry for us to leave. Will be back just not on a holiday.

   We enjoy dining at Firebirds but our Easter Brunch was disappointing. My husband’s meal was perfect. My sister’s meal was “just okay.” Mine was a total let down. I ordered eggs, bacon, and grits with cheddar cheese. The grits came out so cold all of us thought they taken out of refrigeration and brought straight to our table. Sent it back to have heated. While waiting I took a bite of very dry/overcooked scrambled eggs. Next I took a bite of bacon. The bacon had an old taste to it. I took a second bite and sure enough it was old. The grits were brought back and extremely HOT! Plus, the consistency was like a dish of paste. Bottom line - I had no brunch. Our server, Ryane, seemed to take it personally and started giving us attitude. The manager was very understanding, apologized and took my meal of our ticket. Ryane never stopped or spoke to us after my disappointing meal.

   We were a party of 6. We enjoyed a wonderful brunch time together for Easter. Great service and it was very busy. Our server did a wonderful job! The entire staff is very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for a great brunch.

   Food was excellent! Our server, Isaac, did a great job and was very attentive. Food came out really fast! Overall, really good experience. We will definitely be back!

   We had an excellent dinner at Firebirds. Our server, Isaac, was attentive, kind, and efficient. The food was fabulous, especially the potatoes au gratin. We also had seasonal cocktails and really enjoyed them!

    We had a party of 10 celebrating two birthdays. We had a reservation, were seated immediately. Service was excellent, food was served quickly and everyone really enjoyed their meals. 5 of us had the Prime Rib and it was excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.
