   We decided to do date night at Firebirds as its new to the area. We were not disappointed AT ALL!! The food was amazing and I do mean AMAZING. The attention to detail from our waitress was top tier. She made sure we felt welcomed, that we were made aware of specials for the day, and that we were well taken care of. We were told they offer brunch so we are anxious to try that soon. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

   From the person who seated us to the person who took our drink order to our waiter, everyone tried to sell us an appetizer (the waiter did so two separate times). The waiter then proceeded to “upsell” us at every opportunity. I get why they do this, but I really find this off putting and as much as I really, really enjoyed the food, I’d think twice before going back. Once is enough. I don’t appreciate the additional fives times by multiple people.

   This was my first time going to this new restaurant and they did not disappoint! From walking up to the door and having them opened for me by the greeters to the warm welcome from the hostess to the prompt and attentive service of my waitress, all a 10/10. The menu items that I chose were all pretty tasty. I really enjoyed the lobster and spinach queso along with my drink, the Main Squeeze, it was very refreshing. I also loved that the lunch menu had a pick your pair option. I picked a mixed green salad and the salmon BLT. I will definitely be back to try some more menu items!

   Everything was wonderful! I am so happy there is now a Fire Bird's in Annapolis. Love the lobster queso dip! Our food was delicious! Service was excellent! We will be back soon!

   My waitress Britteny greeted me with such a welcoming smile. She was attentive, polite, and very helpful with her recommendations. The food was even better to top off my evening. Will be coming back soon.

   We were very pleased to find this restaurant open on Easter and especially impressed with the food and service. The staff was friendly and always attentive. The only complaint was that it was a bit noisy but we were sitting near the open kitchen and the place was crowded. Very glad there was no loud music and we had no trouble having a conversation at the table. The food was well prepared and the menu interesting without being too pretentious.

   We sat near where they prepared the food and it was a little bit noisy however Mary our server was very good despite the restaurant being new. The Sunday Brunch Menu was just okay but what we did purchase was very good especially the shrimp and grits. Before we did get seated we were told that they didn't have their liquor license yet so no mimosas on Mother's Day

    We dined during a soft opening, so they were still working out the kinks. In general though, I thought they did a solid job. The service was very good, and the food was good as well. I enjoyed mine very much in fact. However, when we were seated, we were advised that they did not yet have their liquor license. That was very disappointing because it was not mentioned or called out at all on OpenTable. When I was seated, I started a reservation on OpenTable to see if there was any mention of it and there was none. I completely understand that this can happen when opening a restaurant, but it should at least be advertised as such. Having said that, we will give it another shot.
