   Went to watch a leaf game. The sound and image didn't line up which was annoying. They tried to fix it but they couldn't. Food wasn't the best. Only item that was good was the cauliflower wings. The grilled cheese, veggie burger and most importantly nachos were mediocre. The nachos broke my heart. Servers was one of the only good things.

   I had an amazing experience at Fionn Maccools, the service was excellent and food was amazing, they feature daily deals which is a nice touch. Overall great attention to detail from the servers and I would definitely come back again!

   Just had the best time at RichmodlHill Fionn MacCool's Irish Pub! The place has this super cozy, rustic vibe that makes you want to settle in and stay a while. It’s lively without being too loud – the perfect spot to chill with friends or grab a great meal. The food was *seriously delicious* – every bite was on point, and you can tell they really care about the little details. Same goes for the cocktails – super tasty, creative, and really well made. Definitely not your average pub drinks! Big shoutout to the staff – everyone was so friendly, polite, and just genuinely welcoming. The manager- Arie clearly run a tight ship, and the servers were on top of everything without being over the top. Just good people doing a great job. Prices were really reasonable too, which is always a win. Honestly, this place hits all the right notes – good food, great drinks, awesome people, and a fun, laid-back atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

   Showed up for dinner with 4ppl at 6pm and the place was a ghost town. Service was slow and nervous it seemed. Issues abound: - Seated at table with incomplete cutlery (had to eventually ask for it after our meals arrived). - 2 meals were brought out, but waited approx 5-10 minutes for the other 2 to come out?? - gravy bowl for one meal was served in a dirty bowl and had to be sent back. - fries were stone cold and seemed stale (from lunch???) - Coke Zero refill was brought as Diet Coke. To sum it up… no attention to detail. Tables should be properly set. Wash your dishes properly. Don’t bring meals out til the whole group is ready. Remember what guests are drinking.

   Great service. We went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The food was good - regular pub fare. What sets them apart is how attentive they were to our table.

   I had an excellent dining experience at this Fionn MacCool’s restaurant location in Richmond Hill. My server was new and she did a very decent job of taking my order. The only issue or problem of note that I had during my dine-in visit was the carbonation or fizz of the fountain drink beverage I had ordered was getting very weak upon my receiving refills from the bar there. The beverage tasted very flat and dry with a watered down syrup-like flavour or taste to it. I addressed this a few times to my server and she didn’t know exactly what was wrong with the carbonation stream coming out of the beverage gun dispenser at the bar there. The manager was extremely helpful and very considerate of this shortcoming so he had my drink replaced with the exact same soft drink out of a brand new can instead for me, which tasted far more appealing than what I was getting from the usual draught dispenser. He also was helping my server learn about my using a promotional discount voucher that I wanted to redeem when paying for my bill, teaching her how the point of sale worked amongst other pieces of advice he was using to train her on the job there. He was so kind in fact that he sat down and had in-depth conversation with me at length and even offered me a free slice of carrot cheesecake for dessert, which was absolutely delicious! I really appreciate the engaging and caring manner in which he treated me there for my dinner as it was truly a worthwhile experience! I most certainly will be returning soon to this very same location as the food from the menu I ordered was very well-prepared and of really good value too! I want to thank the manager of this location and his staff for such a special and enjoyable dining experience! I’m looking most greatly forward to seeing them again very soon!

   There was no parking space at all. I spent 20 minutes searching for a parking space.
