   Waitress was terrible. Forgot to bring ice water when asked. Spent an extraordinary amount of time packing things at the next table. Our food was barely warm (as expected) when she finally brought it. She forgot the sour cream and butter for the baked potato. By the time she brought it we were about done with the filets. No apology for the tardiness or the forgetfulness. We figured she was either new, incompetent or both.

   This was our second visit. The first time was great. This time was much different. For the price I expected the steaks to be tender and cooked right. It was cooked too much. It took a lot longer for us to get our food and the server had way too many tables. Our server did great was polite and apologetic for delays. I don’t mind paying the high prices for a great experience but this time was the last. We were told they were short on staff and apologized but I think the shortage might have gone all the way to the kitchen

   Always a great relexing time and great dinner. GIGI is always our server. Very outstanding!!!

   The service was very good. Chicken breast was extremely overcooked. Unable to make a dent in the chicken with a knife. Needless to say the chicken was not edible.

   Shrimp de jonge was lackluster, soup was salty and overpriced, seafood wasn't bad but wasn't very fresh either (mussels weren't open when served). Some entrees were priced well, others such as the scallops were overpriced. Service was polite but slow, and lacked knowledge regarding the wine list. It wasn't a terrible experience, but not one I would eagerly repeat either.

   It was a fantastic experience! Will go their again. Very clean, quiet. Great staff very helpful.

   Coming from Kansas City, noted for their steaks, we were quite pleased w this Chicago area restaurant fare we ordered. Cooked to perfection for both of us, an enjoyable meal w exceptional service from our waitress and casino hosts that assisted us. Class act in dining here, RECOMMENDED, and quite reasonable entrees prices. Make this a stop if you get the chance while in Chicago area.

   My husband and I have eaten there quite a few times. We have always enjoyed the filets. $45. We were celebrating a belated birthday and anniversary because my husband had open heart surgery early summer. We had to send our steak back three times and it still wasn't prepared the way we ordered it. By than the steaks were ruined. Sat there for two hours. The waitress spoke with the manager and he said to take it off the bill. She removed the steaks from the table. We left hungry from only eating a baked potato. What kind of cooks is Hollywood Casino hiring?

    The food was of very poor quality. Poor seasoning and had no taste. Worst Caesar salad I've ever had and the French onion soup was a bowl of onions with beef broth. The service was good but the overall food quality was just not it.
