   The food was pretty but on the heavy side and the portions were too big. The waitress was not too friendly and service was in general slow.

   The employees did not have my booking on their system so we had to wait 15 minutes for a table. The service was not the best, I thought we ordered at the counter seeing as no one had approached us for our order but we were told someone would come to us to take our order. The food itself was very mediocre for the price you’re paying. Small portions filled with lots of salad. Overall the venue was aesthetic but the service, food and overall vibe of the restaurant was a let down. Very disappointed

   Poor service. Waiter got our order wrong. We were charged for lattes that they didn’t even have in stock. Accepted a booking for 7 people then asked us to all sit on seperate tables. Some peoples food came a whole hour after others. Coffees were cold

   The food was delicious! We had an Arabian breakfast tray and Turkish Eggs - both well made and tasty! A genuine thank you to Walid who kindly looked after us particularly well :) Venue is a little small but otherwise a lovely visit!

   Don't go here for Gluten free: they may advertise it on their menu, but nothing was available when we arrived (we went for tea and cake). Also, whilst the decor is nice, the giant television pretty much ruined the atmosphere for us.

   Beautiful insta setting. Despite reservation, staff seemed unconcerned that table was not available at requested time. Cakes looked good but taste underwhelming

   Staff were really polite and anytime available. One of the staff named Alexandra went above and begging to meet our needs and we were absolutely delighted by her service.

   Very poor service- was ignored in the corner for 40 minutes so eventually left. Heard a lot about this establishment so was quite disappointed! The food also looked overpriced based upon the size of plates on nearby tables. Overall, this place seemed very pretty for the aesthetic for instagram, but a bit of a rip off.
