   Second time here. First time service was a disaster. Plates for two people in our party came out 30 min after first mains went down. Tonight all was prompt. Excellent very fresh tasty. My tea leaf while perfectly crisp in no way resembled the description. No fried garlic garbanzos almonds sesame. Just lettuce tomatoes cucumbers and Jalapenos. The dressing was a vinegrette with powdered tea added. More Italian than Thai. Someone needs to look up how a tea leaf salad is really .constructed. Nice but totally not what I expected or wanted.

   Great meal, wonderful service and especially good cocktails. The penicillin (with gin, and healthy amounts of ginger) was particularly good. Pot stickers were authentically Japanese. We will definitely come back.

   This is the best cocktail and food bar in the area! It’s my go to spot before or after a movie at AMC Kabuki. Not only are the drinks and food top tier and affordable, Jacob and his team take great care of their guests. You’re going to feel welcomed in a way you don’t find at many restaurants.

   I love Ferm Lab …it’s like home…hahaha , whether they like it or not . Can’t fail with the Happy Hour Menu= Chicken Sliders , Duck fat French fries , Bees Knees cocktail My new favorite must have is the Poke w Taro Chips

   I was excited to check out this new place in Japantown and it did not disappoint. We had duck tacos and pork belly Benedict & they were delicious! Duck tacos were my favorite - savory and complex. The menu is mostly Asian fusion and the kimchi is house made (obvs in the name) and sooo good. Who knew kimchi & hollandaise combine to delicious effect. Cocktails were great too. Best of all was the server. So kind, friendly, and super fast. Also, we went for brunch and there was an entire baby group in there and it was not even loud. So everyone go check out the Fermentation Lab!!

   We celebrated a milestone birthday. This was exactly the vibe I was looking for. The chose the duck fat fries and ahi with taro chips for appetizers. Entrees were a decent portion. Everyone finished their plate.

    It was a wonderful experience. We celebrated our co worker’s promotion and we had a blast! The ambiance, the food and the service was truly amazing! Phoebe our server took good care of us🥰. We’ll definitely come back!
