   The space is beautiful but that was the best part of the restaurant. The service was unfortunately not good. We continued to have to ask for the items we ordered- sparkling water, appetizers and food. Servers came to our table multiple times with food that was not ours, but insisting it was for our table. Two of the four entrees for two in our party came out together, and then it took twenty minutes for the other two entrees. The floor manager was slightly apologetic but not overly concerned. He never came back to check on us once the last two entrees did appear. I am gluten free and the menu has no dietary or allergy markings so I needed to rely on the server for information. He was less than helpful. He seemed truly uninterested with my dietary needs and most things were not gluten free. There was live music playing and as fun as that can be, the space is not sound proofed or organized for this. We were seated at the table furthest away from the band and we had trouble having conversation at our table and all of the servers had trouble hearing our orders.

   I really like Felina and have eaten here several times. However, tonight is was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation over the music, the service was incredibly slow despite our server running all night (I suspect t they were under staffed), and it was uncomfortably warm in the dining room. As always, the food was quite good, I was just disappointed in the other elements of the experience.

   The service was poor. They brought the bread and entree at the same time. We asked for another round of drinks and never got them. The music was way too loud, we had to shout when speaking.

   I heard the service was hit or miss, but because we were there during the week, it was totally fine! the bar still needs more bar tenders, but we got drinks in a timely manner, and the service at dinner was terrific.

   Had the best time. Great vibe, the venue is stunning. They were very accommodating to my dietary restrictions enjoyed the pasta dishes preferred the pasta with vodka sauce. The apps were to die for. Meatballs and the arancini rice balls melt in your mouth ! World class experience in the burbs

   FYI. Food was amazing. We waited for service on a Monday night also Waited for the bill . Brought limoncello shots after my sister ordered club soda. She has been sober for 7 yrs..

   Beautiful space. Was expecting to have a great meal and drinks. Waiter came after flagging them down after 20 minutes. Calamari was great. No waiter came again. After an hour we paid for the drinks and appy and left. Horrible service. Staff seem very junior and ill equipped to manage diners. Was really looking forward to trying the food. Heard great things about it.

    Great space, great food! Esp the eggplant parm! Service was ok but being such a big space, we needed drinks once and couldn’t spot our waiter for a bit.
