Take a culinary trip to Naples, Italy at Fat Olives. This contemporary trattoria is famous for its authentic, Neapolitan-style pies baked in a wood-fired oven using traditional techniques. Voted Best of Flag, the menu at Fat Olives also features pasta dishes, a special kid menu and gluten-free fare so no one is left out.

Fat Olives is the perfect destination for the pizza gourmand. The culinary team prides itself on using tomatoes imported from San Marzano for authentic results. Ask for the daily special or order the Belgio Dolce for delicious fusion of imported salami, brussel sprouts, house-made Calabrian chili oil and local honey. Complement it with a house made tiramisu or a bottle of wine. The bar offers a wide range of vintages, served by the bottle or glass. Fat Olives is open Mondays through Sundays with daily happy hour from 2:00-5:00.

    Fat Olives was amazing! We had the BEST wood fired Italian pizza, an out-of-this-world homemade burrata appetizer, and a delicious chocolate mousse for dessert. We hope to return to Flagstaff just to eat at Fat Olives again!

    Our server was friendly and fast. We had Olives, Stracciatella, Fennel Sausage pizza. Margherita Pizza, Tiramisu and crushed pistachio Cannoli, all tasted fantastic. We are planning to go back another night to try out their pasta.

    Our experience for our first time being there was amazing! The server Devin was awesome he really helped us pick out some food and drinks. The Italian soda was amazing and so was the Creme Brûlée Cheesecake! Thank you so much for a great first experience and anniversary ☺️

    Quite frankly, one of the best Italian restaurants that I have eaten at outside of Italy itself. Everything was delicious from the starters to the pizza. Our server, Clare H, provided the best recommendations. Both the Stracciatella and the roasted veggie platter were amazing and the Parma and arugula pizza reminded me of pizza in cafes in Florence. If you only go to one restaurant in Flagstaff, this has to be it.
