   The food quality was poor. The items we received were not as they were described on the menu. Server tried to explain it away, but they were not. Service was also very slow and not friendly. Would not recommend and will not return.

   I can say that I will not be back mostly everything on the menu. They were out of food and wine. my girlfriend ordered the wings and the collard greens. The wings were overcooked. I ordered the wedge salad because there’s no way you can mess that up and my other friend ordered the Southern eggrolls, but they were actually wontons, Because they had changed the menu. It took the food almost 35 minutes to come out and we were trying to catch a show so we had to hurry and eat, and there was people that came in after us got their food before us. It was a good experience and the bathroom was not clean and they were slow, but they weren’t taking care of other things in the restaurant like the bathroom , plus I think I was overcharged. I was really hoping that this place would be good, but it wasn’t so don’t waste your time!

   The server was fabulous and the food delicious. They were out of a lot of things though, which was disappointing. The service was slow, but I understand they were short staffed that evening. We weren’t on a timeline, so it was fine for us.

   The place was well maintained and staff was friendly. However we had to wait for an hour while the chef had to go get more chicken. Wish they would have told us instead of watching every single table in the room get their dinner and be done before they conversed with us about it. The rush to cook it left it burnt. When they asked if we were on a time frame we should have known something was up.

   Several Issues: * Out of Coke & Coke Zero - REALLY! * Out of Blu Cheese Dressing & Crumbles - only option is Ranch Dressing * Out of Grits... (Shrimp N Grits) * Gumbo - served in a coffee cup (previous visit - served in a bowl) - it was dry * Ordered Nashville Fried Chicken Breast - there was no slaw included??? We informed our server that we were celebrating a birthday - and so they offered Ice-Cream with Berries.... Oh... We are out of Ice-Cream and only have Pecan Pie Server.... let us know that she has been rolling napkins all day (don't care) and when she came to our table - she had to turn off her ear pods... When we spoke to the hostess - she blamed everything on the manager that didn't order things for the weekend - not apologetic...

   I think they were short staffed as it took 50 mins to get our food there was 1 waiter & a cook Very friendly good food

   Totally has the makings of an amazing place. Server Jon was great. But food time and drink time was really slow. Food portions great - everyone’s fries were luck warm. Salads very good - gumbo very good- chicken fried steak good. Nice drink menu: Could be a 5 star place with faster service - drinks and dinner over 2 hours: we did have a large party - but seemed to be a theme across the place. Server did a great job of staying engaged.

    Food was just OK. Ordered gumbo and Nashville Chicken Bowl. Chicken in both dishes were overcooked and dry. Gumbo taste was not as good as I hope it would be. Nashville Chicken Bowl taste was good, but chicken was overcooked and dry. Sweet tea was great! Service was very slow, but there was only one server for a pretty busy restaurant at lunch. Poor server, she tried her best......sitting people, taking orders, delivering food, making alcohol and non alcohol drinks, cashing people out.....she needs a raise! Might come back for dinner, maybe it's different.
