    Excellent service. Loved our table for 2 in a quiet corner of an otherwise packed restaurant. Nice food as well.

    Farmhouse never disappoints with the atmosphere and service! Five stars! The beet salad was delicious as was the short rib appetizer. Highly recommend. The soy-glazed pork tenderloin was good. Our only complaint was both the salmon and the pork were overcooked. The hamburger and fries were just ok. The cocktail was good as was the vanilla bean custard dessert. Overall gave 4 stars because, for the price point, the main dishes being overcooked was a disappointment.

    3 bad things happened: -something was floating on my cocktail so I asked for it to be remade. Barman came out into restaurant with the new drink in hand and was very confrontational in his explanation that the red thing floating was in fact not a piece of plastic but a type of condiment from another type of cocktail that they make! Instead of apologizing for not cleaning his mixer! -I ordered a salad without dried cranberries however it came with it like I never said anything! -heater was broken - either on or off- so u either freeze or you are sweating! -the BIGGEST INSULT was the waitress - when she gave us the bill she said with a smile that we were lucky because they took of the cocktail that I returned and that they did not charge extra for the salad that they omitted to take the cranberries out! My wife and I have been coming to Roger’s for years since we are locals. Yesterday unfortunately we were really quite insulted.

    I just came off an intense week of work. I went for an overnight stay in Newport for a refresh & decided to go to The Farmhouse for their delicious food & wonderful ambiance. The waitress was very attentive & service was great. I started w the cauliflower steak appetizer, so flavorful! The the panko crusted cod that was so beyond deliciousness!!!! I can’t wait to go back to have it again. The flavor just pops in your mouth. I’m so happy it’s just a 45 min drive from LA!

    This is my third visit to the garden but my first at this amazing restaurant. The food was extremely delish and refreshing along with a peaceful atmosphere. It was a perfect day and look forward to returning very soon.

     We had a great time here last night. We sat outside near the garden it was very beautiful. Highly recommend the pizza when you go.
