Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we adopt a 'order at the bar' service for all restaurant seatings unless pre booked party's of 10 or more. Please ask at the bar for more details on arrival

Located on the ground floor directly off main reception Faradays offers a lunch menu from midday, and ala carte dinner menu alongside a selection of daily specials served each evening from 5.30pm to 9.15pm, which enables our of brigade of Chefs the opportunity to showcase their talents. The bar opens at midday and serves until 11pm after which time guests will be required to show proof of residency to obtain service. Bar closing time is at the discretion of the hotel management team each night. The patio overlooking the Waterfront provides panoramic views of the canal basin and should the weather turn inclement then you can still enjoy the outdoors in one of our new dining pods.

                    Nice restaurant,wasn’t very busy so nice and quiet , breakfast very good evening meal was good only thing was not so much to choose from on menu ,overal very good.

                    We are giving it a 4 star because the Food was dry which is a shame . Staff were nice however they had forgotten to bring out our Prosecco I had to informed them of this when we had nearly finished our food .As for the parking there it was stressful for my friend to park as there wasn’t any parking space near the restaurant she had to go to the over to the other side to the over flow . It was badly signed posted with confusions regarding permit, however we did have a lovely time .

                    Small portion of steak and raw even after we had asked for medium rare, manager wasn't very pleased when we complained but gave us a refund anyway

                    Great food and service. Quick service from friendly staff. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. e had Chicken Liver Pate and Lamb Koftas to start and then a Spicy Chicken Burger with fries & Fish & Chips. Didn't have any room for dessert.
