Open table reservation was not honored even though the reservation was made days in advance and a notification was sent the day prior to confirm for this restaurant. Upon arriving, the hostess simply said, we don’t have any “reservations” and it will “be a while until you are seated”. We asked for a manager and The manager said that all reservations were “cancelled” for this night. (Valentines Day). I showed the manager our confirmation of the reservation through the Open Table App. It would have been nice for someone to notify us if the reservation was not going to honored.

Famous Dave’s is pretty much your typical BBQ restaurant. Good food, good atmosphere, friendly service, decent price. I ordered the BBQ chicken, and it hit the spot. 😋 What most surprised me was the waitress, who strongly recommended against me ordering the green beans as one of the sides. Her unsolicited honesty was quite refreshing. I ended up ordering the red-skinned mashed potatoes instead.
