   Food was cold, there was a lot of options but none that was warm. It was super hard to get your servers attention for anything. For the price we paid for it, it was not worth it, crazy expensive.

   We had a 5:30pm reservation and didn't get seated until about 6pm. The server asked is for our drink order about 3 times before it actually came. The food was ok. Nothing spectacular for $50 per person. The fish was labeled salmon but did not look like salmon at all. The chicken was flavorless. The tenderloin was good. Salad bar was good. The soup spoons were filthy. I thought maybe it was just the one I had was dirty but it was the whole bucket. The view was nice. $170 later for 2 adult and our 7 year old. I just can’t say it was worth our money.

   We were hotel guests and went for lunch. The view was fantastic after we were able to get the staff to clean a vacated table with a view for us. The food was bland and the selection was poor. We were seated and then sort of forgotten. At over $170 for 4ppl, we would not go again.

   The food was mediocre at best. We were there for total of 2 hours. Served only came to the table once to ask if we wanted to order Drinks. Plates were not cleared. Food was cold and tasteless. There were some items like the potato salad in the salad section and the macaroni cheese in the pasta section were empty on arrival and continue to stay empty until we left. Even after asking if there will be any more bought out we were told maybe we are not sure. Don’t waste your money here. We paid extra to guarantee a falls view and you are so crammed in you can’t even get in and out of your table without other tables knocking into to or you hitting their tables. All 4 tables around us were also complaining about the service and most plates from all tables went back with food still on them so clearly they didn’t like the food much either. I have eaten better food at a Denny’s. When we did get served for drinks the lady serving a was very polite and made sure our drinks came over so that was the only good thing about this meal. The lady on the table next to us at one point even got up and went to the server station herself to get 4 glasses and a jug of water after she had been there for over 30mins with food and nothing to drink.

   The food was okay, disappointed they ran out of bowls and orange juice and never replaced it. Our waitress was very nice but we were right next to a server computer and there was an older woman with short hair being so rude and mean to a younger employee so loudly it was really disturbing to the meal. Won’t be coming back tomorrow anymore.

   At the Fallsview Grand Buffet specifically, the service we received from "Juan" was excellent. However, we were extremely shocked and disappointed by the $75. Open Table charge, simply to make a reservation! This was not made clear to us at all! We were not pleased with the overall value of our OpenTable and Grand Buffet experience. The service was kind and well-meaning, but the rates and prices of both Open Table and also Fallsview Grand Buffet need to be made much more clear to patrons.

   Dishes were dirty. And food was nothing great, especially for the price we paid. 2 people was $165. Very disappointing.
