   Had not dined at Fairbanks since COVID. Was so happy to get back to dine there. Everything was wonderful! The food and service was amazing. Will be back to dine soon!

   Quaint special place for dinner. Only a few tables. Open for a few hours on the weekend. A few of Aurora from the tables by the window.

   Food very good; came out on time. Excellent service by our waiter. Could use some improvement on wine by the glass choices although nice bottle selection.

   Our oysters Rockefeller were delicious. We also had a Caesar salad filet mignon and scallops and they were delicious. My only complaint is the bread they serve for the entrées is terrible. I really wish they would change it back to the original bread they served. Also our waiter Scott was awesome as always

   Great service!! Fun dinner date with the hubby and we enjoyed the food. Very accommodating to special requests and attentive to us throughout our time there. It’s a nice atmosphere and relaxing.

   As usual our Dinner was excellent! Meal prepared as requested and Service was above and beyond our expectations! Our Server "Scott" was able to provide perfect service as usual even though the restaurant was understaffed. Thank you !

   Shrimp dejonghe & salmon were great. Bread not as good as it used to be & chopped salad has gone downhill. We don’t mind paying the prices when the food is great but think their prices now are over the top. What happened to the great steak deal they used to have? Service was outstanding though.

    We make a dinner reservation here a couple of times a month. We always order two orders of the oysters rockkefeller. This time there were terrible. We asked our waitress if the recipe had changed but were informed the cook was on vacation and this was someone filling in. Why were they not trained in how to make these oysters??? Also the replacement bread the restaurant is using is tasteless. I really wish they would go back to the original bread. We will be coming in a week or so because the original cook will be back and at that time we can enjoy the oysters.
