   Booked a reservation months in advance and had really high hopes for Fachini! It was good, but not great. Ambiance was on point, and we enjoyed the fresh bread, burrata and prosciutto starter. The lobster ravioli was phenomenal - a must try if you go! Great Italian wine selection, though our server wasn't very helpful in selecting a bottle. Service was nowhere near what I'd expected for the price point, and I don't understand the hype of the 100 layer lasagna. Flavors fell flat and there was barely any sauce. Veal chop marsala was just okay.

   Once again another Open Table reservation that a restaurant did not have - even tho made weeks before - thankfully not busy and the restaurant got us in. The wait staff and ambiance were very nice. Very upscale nice place for a special evening.

   The hostess was incredibly rude and disorganized. Got into several verbal altercations with customers during our time, gave away reserved tables to walk ins. Very poor form. Bartender and food was great though!

   Great spot with an excellent menu and amazing service. Our first time there. We will be back.

   Usually Amazing food and drinks -always my go-to spot. Service was a little off this time and they charged 16.00 to add sauce to our to go pasta at closing time which is very very tacky and disappointing when it was dry in the first place. I know they are better than that so I’ll go back but hopefully the owners see that and approach it differently in the future

   Mussels - probably the best I've found in Dallas proper, we had a bottle of Chablis to go with it. Perfect weather & ambience with very friendly server at the bar table

    Just a perfect evening. Food was fantastic as usual. Such large serving have take home for another night. With Christie managing and Jennifer controlling reservations the management team is seamless .
