   An outstanding restaurant! The food regarding taste and presentation was excellent! Staff were polite and engaging, but not overwhelming. This is the type of restaurant you return to again and again.

   Great restaurant food is delicious I have the pork chop. Great meal vegetables were very unique. Can’t go wrong.

   Comfort, creative and professional is the entire F1rst experience at this gem of a restaurant. Chef Adam and team are at their top game with seasonal vegetables and meals that marry art and flavor. The grilled octopus was tender and a spring bouquet on the plate. A halibut filet with root vegetables provided alternating bites of flavorful crisp and tender moist - Just discovered a private room perfect for a gathering of 30!!

   Amazing, delicious and creative menu. Outstanding quality, executed to perfection. I had the most divine, velvety carrot soup, followed by a wonderful seared halibut on an exquisite bed of root veggies. My husband’s appetizer and dinner were equally delicious. Chef Adam never disappoints. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy his upcoming Spring menu!

   We have tried many different appetizers & entrées, and the food is consistently outstanding! As is the service! Our waiter, Vincent is top notch! Highly recommend for a wonderful dining experience!

   The food is exceptional. We love the mussels and calamari as shared appetizers. All of our dinner dishes were loved - halibut, pork chop, and duck. They were prepared to perfection and paired well with side vegetables.

   Excellent creative dishes with fresh high quality ingredients that come together in a unique gastronomical experience. We enjoyed our meal in this comfortable, friendly restaurant and look forward to returning to try some of the chef’s other creations. Highly recommend.

   Second time here and somehow I was more impressed than the first time! Appetizers Crispy Brie and Spicy Tuna Tartare were outstanding. The others dining with me raved about the New York Strip, Reserve Pork Chop, and Portobello Wellington. I may have had the best chicken dish I ever eaten: the Pan Roasted Chicken Marsala! The desserts were flawless. Thank you Chef Adam!!!

   I've been here a few times and it has been consistently exceptional every time. The chef is top notch and I love the way he combines different flavors together to create such amazing dishes. I will definitely be a frequent customer.

    This was our initial time at F1RST and had a great overall experience . Chef and owner Adam brought an eclectic and seasonal menu with plenty of appetizer and entree choices whether you like seafood , meat or a vegetarian . The restaurant , at least tonight , was a lively BYOB. Usually the noise level you get a a place with a bar. I personally like a more lively atmosphere where you can talk loudly and not feel like you are on an intimate date . The restaurant is modern and comforting although I was confused by one lamp that changed colors throughout the night . Not sure if that was for a reason or by mistake. Some food highlights although all were good , was the home made gnocchi appetizer , which was light and had a slight pan sear , with sage butter and blue cheese . The Cabernet braised beef bolognese was one of the best I have had in a while . The duck was cooked perfectly and honestly probably could have fooled someone who says they don’t like duck to try a piece . For dessert , although all the homemade sorbets and ice creams sounded great , we opted for his version of a mounds bar . Definitely worth getting as one of your desserts for the table. We will definitely come back.
