   Our Thanksgiving at Bob's Chop House was unforgettable. Some of the best turkey and side I have ever had. Service outstanding. Well be backfor holidays and stakes.

   I highly recommend this experience! The resort is beautiful, the food was incredible, and my mom had an excellent Mother’s Day thanks to the amazing staff :)

   The Mother’s Day brunch was very well done — a superb array of food with a good ratio of guests. Would certainly come back to another special event hosted at the Omni.

   Most of wait staff was great! The food was really good! The Easter bunny and egg hunt was super fun! Only reason I gave it 3 stars was because the women in charge of food allergies, I can’t remember her name, were not well trained in food allergies. My son, myself, and my mother are celiacs and were told some of the muffins were gluten free and they actually weren’t. Thankfully another person of the wait staff told us and pulled the food away and actually got us a whole new plate. Also she said that a dish (veal with crab and hollandaise) was gluten free, but it turns out that it has imitation crab instead of real crab, making it not gluten free. That was not grabbed in time and I ended up eating it, getting sick from it. So that sucked. But the rest of the members of the staff were great- very attentive with our drinks and super friendly. They made special gluten free muffins for us.

   We have dined at the Omni on Thanksgiving before and had a wonderful dinner. This year was not the same. We had a reservation which did not help. It seemed they were not honoring reservations. We had to wait for a table. We were a party of 4 and were seated at a table for 8. Asked if you could please have a smaller table for 4 and then waited again. They were very unorganized. Looked like they had plenty of staff but lack of leadership. The young man, Jesus, taking care of our table was wonderful. I would recommend not eating there on a holiday.

   All the coffee and hot water was cold. Food except turkey and breakfast eggs were cold. Bean caserole was poorly made and green beans were hard. Tried a waffel that was so hard I was not able to put my fork into it. Servers were really busy and very polite and accommodating. I went years ago and was very impressed, this year I was very disappointed. Paying including tip was over $ 100.00 a person which was too high for poor quality.

   Dessert quality was below expectation especially lemon curd is not a curd at all as it was very liquidity.
