   I was so excited to return to Eter after my last visit in 2019. This time I visited with my 72 year old mother. After 10 minutes of being seated, we began fighting bees… and not just one at a time. They were landing on my cup, napkin, table, etc. We expressed our concern several times before my mom was eventually stung. We requested our food to be wrapped to go. Our server did not show any concern, there was no desire to make it right. We were even charged full price for water we were unable to drink. The server pressed about the tip before I could pay for the meal. I am deeply disappointed in this service.

   Our server José Orlando made our experience great, he was very attentive and helpful. The view was beautiful. My food was a bit salty but the drinks were good.

   Waited an hour for food. Waiter very nice but our food was cold. They need hot boxes on that roof.

   Food was so dang good omg. Have to try their gnocchi/steak dish, it was like Parmesan or truffle something i dont know but literally soooo good! And the steak taco appetizer was soooo good too!

   Can relate with the bad reviews but not the worst experience I've ever had. We arrived it wasn't overly busy but picked up alot closer to finishing out dinner. Server was nice once he finally showed up, the manager got us our waters and apologized said he would be right over after we sat for about 10 min or so. I asked a host if we could move to a corner table from our 2 top to a 4 top she says we don't sit 2 people at 4 tops in which I responded it was just only 2 people sitting there and she responded "that was then", she then proceeded to sit someone at the exact table I asked for (probably out of spite but id like to say coincidence). But then sat 2 other couples following our discussion at other 4 tops on the roof. Food was good and well priced, drinks not so much. Overall as a restauranteur of a rooftop lounge in the US service was pretty bad but without a doubt one of the best rooftop restaurant views I've been to in Puerto Rico.
