   Justin was a fabulous server! Personable, fun, helpful, perfect timing!! Delicious food! The cauliflower, salmon, everything was delicious!!

   Fantastic date! We really wanted to try something new and expand our taste buds. The food was excellent and the service, by Josh was phenomenal. He really added to the experience with his knowledge and suggestions. We tried two apps, two entrees, one side and shared a dessert. The steak carpaccio was DELICIOUS, I could literally eat it all day, and the Grilled Filet Mignon was to die for. BLUEBERRY PISTACHIO PAVLOVA is the best dessert I’ve ever put in my mouth. We cannot wait to come back.

   Food was very disappointing! We have eaten lunch in the Franklin location and was extremely happy. Too bad dinner was a terrible let down.

   Everything about our experience at Etch was truly excellent — from the ambiance to the dishes, everything was spot on. Our waitress was fantastic — warm, attentive, and super knowledgeable. She elevated the entire experience and made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The only downside? The wine list. Great selections, yes — but the markups were painfully steep, even for a high-end spot like this. Just something to be aware of if you’re planning to enjoy a bottle or two. That said, the food, service, and vibe made it totally worth it. Will definitely be back.

   We were here for Magic and Etch had wonderful reviews. So we tried it and were not disappointed. The food was fabulous and the service superb!!!

   Once again, Etch exceeded expectations to offer an excellent gluten-free dining experience. Our server and the staff shared all of the options to make sure my meal was safe for someone with Celiac Disease. They even freshly baked a batch of gluten-free dinner rolls for me at lunch. Both my husband (who has no dietary restrictions) and I loved the roasted cauliflower appetizer and the GF rolls. He raved about his Fried Cornmeal Catfish and the sweet potato beignet. I had the Butternut Masala Grits with shrimp and the chef made one change to the dish to make it GF. This was our second visit to Etch we will be back every time we visit Nashville!

   We had a great birthday celebration at Etch! The server was very knowledgeable and completely looked after our celiac guest. We were a larger group of 6 and plates came out at the same time and were hot.

    Our Server Avery was the BEST ! Food was amazing. My GF loved her time at Etch. We will definitely be back again.
