Featuring an array of global flavors and decadent desserts by Chef Deb Paquette and Pastry Chef Megan Williams, Etch is located in the ground floor of the Encore tower in Nashville's SoBro district. The restaurant is equipped with two private dining rooms, a full bar and an open kitchen with bar-style seating, allowing guests to interact with the culinary team. Lunch and dinner are available Monday-Friday, as well as dinner on Saturday.

In her 13 years as Chef/Owner of Zola, Deb received accolades for Nashville's best chef and Nashville's best restaurant multiple times. Nashville restaurants are many, but Etch sets itself apart with bold flavors and colorful presentations.

    I don't like writing negative reviews - I prefer to enjoy myself - but my experience at Etch requires it. A combination of good food and good service need to work together for an enjoyable meal especially at this price level. While the food was good if overly salty, some combination of server, kitchen prep and food delivery to table was extremely inadequate. As the meal went on, the service degenerated to the point where I was probably visably stunned by the extremely long wait for our entree. Worse, no one seemed to notice and if they did notice, didn't care. I was so looking forward to dining at Etch but went home a very unhappy camper.

    A great dining experience. The presentation and food were excellent. The temperature was rather chilly in the restaurant. I would definitely go back.

    The ambiance was excellent. Low level lighting, nice spacing between tables, and pleasantly quiet. Service was friendly and attentive but not hovering. The food presentation was artistic and very flavorful. It may be one of the best deals I have ever experienced. I definitely recommend this restaurant

    Courteous and friendly staffs definitely enhance the dining experience. The foods were expertly presented, full of flavors and colors. This place will definitely surprise your palate. A definite ⭐️in my book!
