   We celebrated our 25th anniversary and it was FANTASTIC. The service was exceptional, they made us feel special and the food incredible. The paella is not to be missed! We look forward to visiting again in the spring when inside service hopefully resumes.

   The food and service were excellent. Brendan was our server and was both professional and attentive. The food was very much on point.

   As always we had a fantastic time. We tried some of the new food items and were delighted with all of them. The papatas bravas makes the meal complete!

   If I could rate it higher than 5, I would. The paella was the best we’ve ever had. And an Italian friend, a foodie and world traveler, has proclaimed their Basque cake to be the best dessert that she has ever eaten anywhere in the world. We are in agreement. It’s the perfect combination of contrasts—soft and firm, warm and cold, tart and sweet, and delicious! Our waiter, Andy, was a professional. Don’t miss a chance to dine at this exceptional restaurant.

   This was our anniversary dinner. We were so looking forward to it. I think we planned it last year at this time. I understand that COVID changed everything. We did miss tapas - that was the only reason we went to Estrellon - for the famous tapas. We ordered jamon iberica - basically Spanish ham which was fine. Then we thought we'd split a Valenciana paella - it took 1.20 minutes for the paella! Thank goodness the wine was great. The paella was 80% rice and it was super salty. The salt killed all the flavor of saffron. Clams were tiny and there were only about 4 pieces of shrimp. Well, we are not going back to Estrellon until the tapas are back.

   Best restaurant in Madison. Social distancing was careful, and attentive. Paella is fantastic, service was careful but unstuffy, and the sommelier was very helpful. Have never failed to have a spectacular meal here!

   Always a special treat with great menu variety. The food is top quality; wonderful flavor and engaging preparation. Totally recommend going on a Saturday for the prime rib - so good!

    The food was amazing!! Everything qe ordered was prepared and served at the highest quality. There is something pretty awesome knowing that as much of your meal as possible was sourced locally, even as fresh as that morning's farmers market. The service was a touch slow, but im assuming they are light on staff to accommodate the lower numbers of customers due to covid. All covid precautions were followed strictly, masks, gloves on staff, separate entrance and exit, all felt very safe.
