   A delicious experience! I was intrigued by their concept and honestly they didn't disappoint! They could have gone on the crazy side but things were experiment but still tasty. Love the decor and staff were super friendly. Would definitely recommend as an experience! My only gripe was we went on Sunday and they had a reduced menu (which I didn't realise) which meant there were substantially less vegetarian options. That being said, there was still enough for us to enjoy.

   Service was below average with poor training and/or service delivery by wait staff. When first drinks were brought out, the waitress did not know name of drinks and even named wrong wines - when we tried to correct her or ask her to check, she was just quiet and essentially said "oh yes that's it". Staff who collected orders did not take notes when collecting orders - they tried to memorise orders and came back anyway because they forgot it. This happened with the same wait staff member and their quoted reason is "Sorry I talked to other people and now I forgot parts of your order". Later, staff who delivered foods to our table, none of them made the atmosphere better because: - Did not advise name of the foods - Did not provide any cutlery (e.g. spoon) to serve out dishes. We essentially poked at the individual dishes and served them to each other. Lastly, There was a content manager and/or social media person walking around for the 2 hours and taking photos and videos of the attendees. At no point, the staff checked if it was okay to do so and we were aware multiple shots were collected over the night. The food was average. Some dishes were high quality and delicious but the instant melting or puddles of the gelato on certain dishes was an interesting sight. However, given the cost effectiveness of the menu and the high quality ingredients, this was a redeeming feature. Overall, Erin needs to determine if it is more of a casual or a formal dining space. If is the latter then all wait staff needs to be trained better as their service have thrown off the atmosphere.

   Really enjoyable experience. Great service and really imaginative cooking. The sorbets and gelatos cleverly really compliment each course. Highly recommended.

   Awesome new dining experience from the Messina team. Excellent food with some super sophisticated elements and manages to work some gelato (without being kitschy) into every dish. Fun and casual atmosphere that's great for a full dinner or a wine and snack.
