   This restaurant wants to be upscale, but the only upscale part is the price list. The food, service, presentation, and atmosphere don’t deliver. This location is still new, so maybe they’re working through the kinks.

   We went after they had been open 3 weeks. We waited at least 10 minutes to be offered water. Then had a 2nd waitress come to take our water and cocktail order (the 2nd time we gave it). Our food was oversalted, we had to ask two different waiters for steak knives and an extra plate, and our potatoes which came out by the time our steak was cold had under cooked chunks of potato in them. We were never offered a dessert menu, nor did anyone come to see if our steak was cooked correctly. We rarely saw our waitress during our entire experience. The ambiance is nice, especially with the glass walls in the evening. I would suggest giving them a few months to work on their flow, food and service. When we politely explained our experience to the manager (who brought us our cocktails when we were nearly done eating because we asked for them for the third time that evening), he took the too salty bisque and mushrooms from our ticket. For our first experience, the service was poor and the food underwhelming. If the manager had taken better care of us, we would have been more willing to give them a second chance in the future.

   We were greeted as soon as we stepped in the door! The staff was absolutely wonderful! The food was superb! Definitely will be going back again!
