   Service was a bit slow and disjointed. We received our first dish before our bottle of sake arrived. Server seemed overwhelmed. The catfish and spaghetti people have been raving about was OK but was flat/one note flavor-wise. The blackened tuna belly special was way overcooked for my preferences. We didn’t comment about any of this as I don’t think our server was capable of handling any more on his side of managing things. Plain clothes employees that had delivered food to us earlier in the evening were sitting at the bar chatting. Yaki soba with mushrooms was great.

   We selected the Chef’s table and Mike made it an incredible dining experience. Everything is shareable. Highly recommend the sesame ginger salad, broccolini, soft boiled egg, yellow tail, chicken and lamb skewers, and rounding it out with the mochi donuts. We will be back next week! Oh, and the drinks, the bloom and bourbon coconut drink was phenomenal. The host, bartenders and server was great too! Sorry for butchering the names!

   So glad Enso is open again. It is my family’s favorite place. Food, cocktails, surroundings-everything is excellent. Love it!

   Outstanding service, decor, and energy. They excelled at blending Japanese tradition with Southern cooking + Louisville flare. Our serve, Gabrielle, was phenomenal and so helpful. Recommend fish cakes, shishito peppers, dipping noodles, and lamb meatballs!

   Service was incredible! Great food, great atmosphere, and good value. Several gluten-free options which were delicious. So glad they've reopened!

   We went multiple times before they closed last year and had great experiences. This was our first night back since they opened this week. We sat at our table for 20 min and had to ask a server to get service so we could at least order a drink. Several servers had previously walked by, looked at our table, and passed us up until we asked if we could be waited on. They brought us the wrong drinks multiple times. The wait time for the food was unbelievably long. Our reservation was at 6:45 pm and we didn’t leave until 10:25 after we had to ask for dishes and the check multiple times. We are disappointed to say the least—we couldn’t wait for them to reopen. We will not be back unless they improve.

   Enzo was exceptional! Each small plate was better than the next. The fusion of flavors was just incredible. Tons of energy in the restaurant. Already planning our return visit.

    One of the most unique and enjoyable dining experiences in Louisville. Food was fantastic as was the service. Will be returning to explore more of the menu!
