Ensemble is an exciting new restaurant looking to offer the very finest food and drinks from locally sourced suppliers cooked to perfection in a relaxed and design inspired surrounding.


Our first restaurant opens on the 16th June 2016 in Wells, Somerset – overlooking the stunning medieval Wells Cathedral. We welcome you to join us for a light bite, evening meal or simply for a glass of wine from our collection spanning over 50 types from around the World, including some from just down the road…

    Food was delicious, service was excellent and the wine was perfect. Only downside was it felt a little quiet when we arrived , but it soon picked up and added to the atmosphere! Will 100% return

    Definitely the best place to eat in Wells. We have been going there since it opened and have always had excellent food and service. Excellent value and Simon is the ideal host and Nina is the perfect waitress. I had the shrimp linguini which was delicious the only problem is what to try as every dish immediately becomes my favourite. If I lived in Wells I would probably be there every day that they are open.

    We had lunch at the Ensemble and it was an extremely good experience the staff were very friendly and the food was outstanding.

    As usual, my experience of ensemble was wonderful. All of us really enjoyed our food, the atmosphere was great. I’ll definitely be coming again!

    Interesting, short menu. Great food, well presented and portioned. Lovely warm welcome and empathic service. We’re lucky to have such a place in our tiny city so it will be easy in all ways for us to return.
