   Birthday meal. Nothing was too much trouble - the candles, the singing, the cocktails, the food. Everything was perfect, thank you all so much.

   Wasn't happy with service charge put on bill without telling us. Staff were noisy around cooking area

   Really excellent food especially the steak. A small mistake with the order which was resolved and we were given a discount.

   As an absolute fan of En Sushi and of En Barbecue, I was so excited to try En Steak. But sadly it did not live up to my expectations. The service was poor, the starters were ok. When our mains came out the people I was with had their meals then mine came out without the chips and had to wait 5 minutes for them. We also ordered the hundred layer potato which was completely missed and was cooked after we had reminded them. The meal itself was average. The chips not great, a tiny bit of green stuff and three cherry tomatoes was a complete let down. The steak, sirloin for me and ribeye for the others was tasty but nothing special. Then needing to buy the sauce on top was disappointing. The wine was over priced for the quality. In all £144, we had a blue light discount and the layered potato was free due to the delays and a free dessert, for 3 steak and chips and a bottle of wine in my opinion was not worth it. It is such a shame. The husband and wife duo are fantastic in the other restaurants, maybe this is too much of a stretch. I’m afraid we won’t be back to En Steak but will be back to En Barbecue in the near future.

   The restauratn is lovely, and the service was good. The food was the star, however: the chateaubriand was mouthwatering, and the sides provided were a good addition. The wild mushroom sauce was fantastic; the béarnaise les so. The starter was also well judged. Worth it as a special treat.

    As it's mother's day, my son and husband took me to EN steak in hereford and yet again absolutely delicious, worth every penny, staff are amazing very friendly, and there when needed. One of my favourite places to go. Would highly recommend EN steak in hereford to everyone. Keep up the great work.
