   It was our first time there and we were pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it was. Everything was fantastic from proved to service to ambience. We will return for sure.

   I’ve given this place multiple chances, but the inconsistency is frustrating. Sometimes, the food is great—just like the original downtown location—but other times, it’s absolute garbage. They are constantly out of menu items, which makes ordering a guessing game. To make it worse, they don’t even have beer on tap. Why is this place so poorly managed? It has potential, but the hit-or-miss experience makes it hard to justify coming back.

   The place did not have ingredients for full plates. The staff did not know and instead of being forthcoming they brought the dish without the ingredients. The restaurant was out of diet coke too! Terrible experience

   Great food and service but the temperature in the restaurant was really cold in there when I went on Sunday 2/2/25. I had to keep my coat on and I observed other patrons doing the same.

   We have been to several Emmy Squared locations because we really like their food, especially the brussels sprout salad and the selection of pizzas. Imagine our disappointment when we were told that they could not make the brussels salad or the kale salad tat we wanted to try because they did not have the necessary ingredients! We settle for a caesar salad because it was they only one available. My husband had his first 3 requests for specific beers but they were out of them, too. Poor planning on someone's part.
