   Had the Andouille Crusted Redfish and it was fantastic. The French Onion Soup was the best I’ve ever tasted. Interesting Pineapple Upside down Cornbread was a really nice appetizer as well. And finally Tiramisu was as good as I’ve ever had and a shareable size too. Our Waitress, Gabby was awesome and informative. When we return we would be sure to get a table she was working.

   We had good service and great atmosphere. Majority of our food was more room temperature, except the chicken was hot. We were a group of 12 from various parts of the country that wanted to have dinner here and we were disappointed that the food was not hot.

   We ate dinner at the bar. Both bartenders were fabulous. Great service. Enjoyed the music. Unfortunately the staff was hanging out next to the bar. It was early in the evening and there were few customers. The rest of the restaurant was empty, so they could have gathered somewhere else. They were very unprofessional. Commenting on customers that were outside negatively. And overall just talking to each other right next to us. The food. I had the catch of the day sandwich. Very good. Except they left the ticket under my sandwich and it was quite wet and fell apart. So I saw the soggy ticket and tried to remove it. Most of it I think. And used a fork and knife to eat it. My wife had the poke bowl. She said it was ok. Not great. So for $32 not a winner.

   Cast iron redfish and seafood pasta were both excellent. Thursday 1:30 lunch was amazingly quiet.

   Amazing chef!! Loved the food, this was our favorite spot we visited while in Destin. Everything was fantastic! Service was excellent, beautiful ambiance.

   We eat here every year on vacation. And every single year they still take FOREVER to get your food out to you. It’s unbelievable how long it takes. For instance - We ordered the biscuits at the beginning of the meal - we were told there were 3 biscuits in the order. To which we waited until after the entire meal had come out and the biscuits still hadn’t come. A random person - not our server brought them - and proceeded to argue with us about how there are only 2 biscuits in the order. There were 3 of us at the table. As soon as he walked off we went to put butter on them and they were totally cold - so it proves the food doesn’t take that long - they are lazy in the back and not wanting to run the food out. We promptly told our server - please refund the 2 cold biscuits. Which she did. Not her fault. Anyways I take notes on our trip every year - and looking back on all my past notes about emerils - the complaint I have each year is you wait longer than you ever have at any other restaurant for your food to come out and then it’s cold. Get your act together.

   Everything was great as always! The service was great, the food was great! My grandson was amazing as always! My grandson always loves when they bring out the cotton candy!

    It was good. The lobster tail was difficult to eat because it was served on crushed ice
