   Excellent service and food was delicious! We had the pear & prosciutto, rack of lambs & truffle mushroom risotto.

   Phenomenal bistecca all fiorentina! The osso bucco, frutti di mare and tiramisu were also delicious. Very friendly servers. We will return

   This place is the Jewel of Palmas del Mar Resort. Along with Chez Daniel they are the only fine dining options in this resort. Its somehow curious because there is a huge wealthy community around. Restaurants ar a very dificult venture this days but this place in particular seems to be well oriented. The service was outstanding even under very difficult conditions. Islandwide electrical service was seriously compromised at the moment of our reservation the staff had to deal under a poweroutage coditions. They performed woth grace and elegance all the time. Wines from uor good friend Guillermo Ramis of Ambrosia. Great selections indeed. All dishes well presented with a good execution. Steaks are the strong point here as anyTuscany restaurant must be. I was expecting to have a taste of the homemafe Pannacotta but unfortunately my request arrivrd late and they ran out if them. Just a year there but with a promising pace this place have a bright future.

   Lovely restaurant, as well as lively atmosphere! Food was decadently delicious… we had the beet and goat cheese salad and then for our main course shared the ossobucco with rissoto which was divine! Dessert was amazing, a chocolate decadent delight with 2 flavors of marshmallow topping; moist and delicious!

   Third time I go to Ember and Vine, always out of something in the menu. At the end my steak I had to return, hard and overcooked. Way overblown

   Our server Edward was excellent. The humans and bread was delicious. My NY Strip Steak was overcooked.

   Disappointing Quality for the Price I had some expectations for this restaurant, given its upscale pricing, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to them. The ambiance and service were decent, but the food—especially for the price—was a major letdown. The pasta was clearly not fresh. It seemed pre-made and simply reheated, lacking the texture and flavor you’d expect. For the price they charge, I expected something much better. Overall, this place is overpriced for the quality of food they serve. If you’re looking for a true fine-dining experience, there is none in Palmas del Mar.

   Although the server was attentive and cordial the food was poorly executed and the flavor was bland. We ordered sangria and my glass had a hair inside. The lettuce in my caesar salad had brown ends and in the center part areas that appear the lettuce had been standing outside the refrigerator for a long time. The spaghetti al vongole was bland, chewy and sticked together after we had asked the waiter for an al dente pasta. Nothing that we ordered impressed us. Tasteless food and bad execution. Will not go back

    Enjoyed the dinner and wine tasting event. Food was good and the red wines excellent. Would have been nice to try food ítems outside the regular menu since it was a special event. Some distes were delayed for part of the table, can improve the coordination/service in this special situation. Overall I recommend the experience.
