   If you stay at Heart Song resort this is a must try. Breakfast buffet or Dinner is sure to please. The staff is amazing and so nice. The food is perfectly prepared and they will do anything to make you feel welcome.

   Dinner was great! My husband had the prime rib and I had the salmon and we were both very pleased. Lulu was our server and she was great! She told us about the most popular items and explained about the desserts options too. The manager was also great. He checked on our meals and made sure we had everything we needed a couple of times. We will definitely be back again!

   I ate here for Easter dinner it was fixed price for 3 courses. Good food good presentation great staff !

   Lulu was absolutely amazing, super helpful and attentive. Made my birthday dinner super special. I would say the only slight negative would be that the entire experience felt a little rushed, our food came out quickly and was great but we were in and out in under an hour. The check was dropped while we were eating but we weren’t asked if we wanted anything else

   We had a later reservation for after a full day at Dollywood. The restaurant was calm and inviting, and our server Lulu was exceptional in service. The entire family enjoyed our meal to end a wonderful family day.

    We really enjoyed tonight’s dinner and EnE! The greeters gave my daughter a button for her birthday and wished her a HBD. We looked over the menus and the Server Noel suggested a red wine. He was right, it was a better choice. We chatted with him for a while. He took our order and suggested a dessert. He noted to us the Bread Pudding takes a while to make, so we put the order in early for it. The cadence and timing of the service and food was five stars as well as the quality of the food. My husband ordered the filet and he was happy with his choice. The prices reflect the quality and level of service that is given. I can’t wait to come again and I hope Noel is our server again. He is a treasure!
