Ēma is a Mediterranean and California-inspired restaurant from Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants located at 1320 Patriot Blvd. The menu, crafted by Chef Partner CJ Jacobson features spreads, dips and assorted mezze, Mediterranean small plates, with an emphasis on Hummus & Spreads, Raw, Vegetables and Kebabs. Signature dishes include Moroccan Onion Dip, Spinach & Feta Spread, Tahini Caesar Salad, Octopus Carpaccio and Spicy Brisket Kefta Kebab.

The beverage program showcases cocktails with flavors crafted from Mediterranean ingredients like chinola, fig, fresno chile and coriander. The wine program, curated by Sommelier John C. Slatter, features a globally sourced list of over 70 selections with a strong focus on wineries practicing organic and natural production across the Mediterranean, including ancient grape varieties from Greece, Lebanon and Italy.

Reserve your seat to 'Sip With The Sommelier', our wine tasting class that invites you to sip and savor 2-3 oz. pours of Greek wines as Ema Sommelier John C. Slatter guides you through the profiles, regions, climates and wineries unique to the country. Hosted in our private dining space, The Vanessa Room, enjoy a selection of Mediterranean-inspired bites as you follow (and sip) along with your own personal wine map! Tickets are $84.95 per person, plus tax (20% gratuity required). Please note this event is served family-style and includes communal seating at Ema. Please let us know of any requests to be seated with other parties beforehand.

Though we mistakenly thought there was a happy hour (that would still be great!), we had a great time in the bar. Appetizers were quite delicious and all of the servers were delightful! Exterior of restaurant is strange and off-putting, but interior is warm and tropical, surprising setting for the location. We will definitely return.

Beautiful space like Aba in the city. Nice addition to Glenview. We had a girls lunch- started with the spinach feta spread then Brussels sprouts salad with salmon. Everything was tasty. Happy they have champagne by the glass vs only Prosecco. Will be back!

First time and we were delighted. Our server Cindy was terrific! Had mushroom escargot, octopus carpaccio, chicken kefka and then salmon kabobs, wonderful brussel sprouts and Sticky date cake. Hard to choose best but salmon kabobs ranked right up there. Back soon.
