   Best food on the island, unfortunately that isn’t saying much. It’s pricey but that doesn’t necessarily speak to the quality.. it’s inside a resort community. Appetizers and dessert were incredible — grit puppies were great. The short rib was also delicious however the mashed potatoes were very salty while the vegetables seemed to have no seasoning at all. Fish was far overcooked. Service is a little too casual for a $200+ check and a little slow despite it not being very busy. Fairly good restaurant (like I said it’s probably the best place in this food desert) but for the price I did expect more.

   Food was amazing. We had party of 9, and we all had something different plus appetizers, and we all loved our food. Host was very accommodating to our party size last minute add. Will definitely dine here more often.

   Sadly the waitress was over worked. We didn’t receive all food on time, air wasn’t working, drinks took longer than appetizers. Waitress was extremely nice and apologetic (not her fault) but for the price we paid, the restaurant needs more help. Overall food was fine.

   Our waitress was adorable! She did great! The food was amazing, we had the bread with ricotta spread, deviled eggs, filet mignon cooked perfectly (and easily 10-12 oz, not 8oz as they listed, I had to get 1/2 to go), and the shrimp & grits (if you don’t like onions/mushrooms, don’t get this, but it was so good)! Then the crème brûlée plus sticky cake. Both were amazing!

    The service was great and came by often to check on us and let us know when our food would be ready. Food was delivered quickly and was delicious for both of us. Great experience!
