   Hostess was clueless. Food served was not hot. We were sharing a meal and ate off bread plates because our waitress ( who was very sweet) disappeared.

   The specialty dessert - doughnut filled with cookies and cream topped with a homemade Oreo was AMAZING!! Service was excellent. Food delicious !

   I’ve been to the one in Delray and it is far superior than this venue. The one in Delray is our favorite go to and so we had high hopes for this new location. However it was quite the disappointment. Started at the check in and trickled to the end of the meal. The hostess in the front was the most uninviting person ever to be put in front to receive guests and there were 4 girls in front and all were clueless. My husband checked in for me and meanwhile I’m receiving phone calls from front desk asking if I was keeping my reservation even though he checked literally 5 min before and she saw him and me together? Then we get to table and all seems good. Our waitress Kella was the only bright spot in the evening as she was kind and understanding and accommodating. However although the appetizers came out quickly, the entrees took forever so much so Kella had to go ask why the delay and came to our table To report the delay. No real reason given for the delay other than kitchen was busy? Seriously? Then the food came and I’d like to say it was worth the wait but it was not. I ordered carbonara and it tasted nothing like carbonara. I make a more authentic one at home. And my daughter’s dish was good but still off. We will not return. We will stick to Delray. 😞

   Always crowded, and for good reason. HD an excellent steak tonite. Mostly Italian dishes, but someone raved about their steak and it was excellent. Even with “season” just about over, they are always busy.

   Max out server is by the far we have had in our various trips to Elisabetta’s. He was outstanding. Food was very good and timely.

   Great food! Come on martini Monday!! Our waiter was great, apologized for the slowness at the beginning due to the dinner rush

   I sadly got very ill when I got home from my dinner. One of our guests didn’t receive his entree on time with everyone else.

   Great food, great atmosphere and the service was excellent. This is not one of our favorites spots in West Palm Beach!

    Went on Easter Sunday evening dinner. They had us sit in a lovely quiet area on the patio. The meal choices of salads and entrees were all delicioso. Great and lively atmosphere. Staff was friendly and accommodating to any request. This was our 4th visit in two years. You can always count on a lovely meal at Elizabetta's.
